LAUSD schools to remain open Monday during storm

Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) schools to stay open on Monday despite a powerful storm.

As of 7 p.m. Sunday, the district's plan remains to keep schools open.

Update on Monday morning: All schools open except Vinedale College Preparatory Academy and Topanga Elementary Charter School.

Students at Vinedale College Preparatory Academy relocated to Glenwood Elementary due to an evacuation warning.

Topanga Elementary Charter School students instructed to report to Woodland Hills Academy.

 Malibu schools closed on Monday due to the storm.
